People always ask me, "how hot is my chili oil?". Well, best way to describe it on a scale of 1-10 is it's a "Minnesota 7". Since our Midwest taste buds may or may not handle heat as well as the rest of the world, I wanted to make a chili oil that has heat AND flavor!​

From cooking with, topping off, or marinading in, this hot chili oil has plenty of spice and is filled with aromatics like garlic, shallots, and spices (such as star anise and szechuan peppercorns) infused in the oil.
